Summer is approching and we are looking at our fitness classes for the upcoming fall. We would like your input on what you would like to see at your YMCA. We can't promise that we will be able to fulfill all your wishes but we would like to see if we could add some classes we don't have now that you would like. So below is a survey and description to the right of some classes that may interest you. Please email our Fitness Director, Lori Robinson with the classes you are interested in. I encourge you to call Lori with any questions about fitness classes. She can be reached at 712-243-3934.

Zumba - is a Latin-inspired dance fitness class that incorporates Latin & International music & dance movements.
Tia Chi For Arthritis - A safe & easy to learn program proven to ease pain & improve health & balance.
